Our Pricing

Our property management fee is 10% of the monthly rate, covering full-service management, owner oversight, and tenant support. This structure allows us to provide consistent, high-quality care while remaining accountable to both property owners and residents.

In alignment with our values, 2% of profits are reinvested to support home repairs, neighborhood stability, and long-term vitality—strengthening the communities we serve alongside professional property management.

Additional or specialized coordination may be scoped collaboratively based on the needs of the property.
